Supply and Delivery of Masks and Equipment for UKR-MoD

CRDF global invites firms to participate in this competitive solicitation for the Supply and delivery of Masks and Equipment for a CTR Project. CRDF global reserves the right to reject any and all offers, to add, delete, or modify any element of the solicitation at any time without prior notification and without any liability or obligation of any kind. This RFQ does not obligate CRDF global to enter into a contract nor does it obligate CRDF global to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of submission of any response.

Description of the goods or services:
1. CRDF global is seeking supplier to supply and deliver goods as per table (A), for a CTR project.

2. Delivery of materials:
Suppliers must provide costs and availability of goods. Final quantity and PO award are contingentupon final approval by the funder.
Items will either be shipped to a warehouse in Washington, DC area or a warehouse in Europe, withUkraine as ultimate destination. This will be determined later and update on pricing for shipping willbe requested prior to award.

3. Warranty and after sales service:
Supplier must specify the duration, warranty and after sales service (if applicable) to be included in their quotation.
