Summary

CRDF Global is seeking a number of 1) international development experts and 2) development technical area experts to support ongoing projects focused on raising awareness of, and integrating, nuclear science and technology applications into international development approaches to food and water security, improving medical outcomes, and combatting climate change.  CRDF Global will be making multiple selections for individuals to serve as consultants, advisors, and trainers across multiple projects; interested individuals are strongly encouraged to apply and indicate interest in any or all of the areas within the respective sections below even if only one is applicable.

Scope

International Development Experts

CRDF Global is seeking individuals with any or all of the following:

 

Qualifications (any or all):

  • Experience leading development of, contributing to, or analyzing national or regional development plans and policies inclusive of areas of food, agriculture, water, environment, nutrition, and/or healthcare and cancer control;
  • Strong understanding of the priorities and development approaches taken by major international and multilateral development and aid agencies such as the World Health Organization, World Bank, International Monetary Fund, United Nations Development Programme, United Nations Environment Programme, Food and Agriculture Organization, World Food Programme, and International Fund for Agricultural Development, and/or major nongovernmental organizations, foundations, or philanthropies in areas of food, agriculture, water, environment, nutrition, and/or health care and cancer control globally,  in particular world regions, or in particular countries;
  • Significant relationships within the international development sector, including with key stakeholders in areas of food, agriculture, water, environment, nutrition, and/or healthcare and cancer control; or
  • Experience or familiarity with nuclear science and technology applications as part of development in areas of food, agriculture, water, environment, nutrition, and/or health care and cancer control.
