CRDF Global is seeking a contractor (located in Europe) to support their training programs for experienced
bomb technicians and explosive breachers. This assistance involves providing a tailored training course
focused on extensive simulations of real‐life scenarios, including tactics, rendering, and demolition works.
These simulations aim to provide situational experience and stress to enhance learning outcomes. To further
increase the professional capacity of bomb technicians to execute high‐risk operations in hostile
environments, special training should be arranged. The professional company should provide one two‐week
length Sapper Demolition Training at its own site, in accordance with international standards and best
practices. The training will be provided d for the National Police of Ukraine (NPU) EOD Department, KORD and
DOZOR in increasing its professionalism and capability. Those units have been actively engaged in demining
activities throughout Ukraine, with much of their work being focused on demining liberated areas littered
with volatile explosive ordnance. These explosives endanger Ukraine’s armed forces, law enforcement, along
with civilians, and constant improvement the EOD units’ professional capability is crucial. The NPU
immediately deployed its EOD and KORD units to support demining throughout Ukraine.

The scope of work includes contracting the training company that has its training range, equipment, and
dedicated professional instructors, organizing logistics for a group of ten (10) Ukrainian participants and two
(2) interpreters.
