Seeking a contractor (a Ukrainian company) to procure the provision of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Combat Medic/Corpsman (CMC) and Medical Evacuation (Medevac) trainings

CRDF Global is seeking a contractor (a Ukrainian company) to procure the provision of Tactical Combat
Casualty Care (TCCC) Combat Medic/Corpsman (CMC) and Medical Evacuation (Medevac) trainings
iterations by certified instructors for over 550 people. The contractor should be ready to start the first
training iterations for both programs in the 2025. Overall training programs duration must be 11 months.

With support of the US Government the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGS) and the National Police
of Ukraine (NPU) in enhancing combat medical readiness. A one‐year plan has been established, consisting of
two training programs: Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Combat Medic/Corpsman (CMC) and Medical
Evacuation (Medevac) trainings, aimed at about 564 certified combat medics from both agencies. The
suggested project would ensure sustainability by providing our partners with life‐saving skills that help reduce
personnel losses.
