Independent nonprofit CRDF Global yesterday announced that six public health research teams have been awarded seed funding to fight infectious diseases, in a partnership funded by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of National Institutes of Health, and Qatar National Research Fund (QNRF), a member of Qatar Foundation Research and Development.
