CRDF Global Attends OPCW’s First Online Training

June 25, 2020, CRDF Global Chemical Security Senior Project Lead Nart Kalimat and Project Lead Blanka Matjevic attended the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW)’s first online training course on chemical safety and security management. Seventy-two National Authorities, government, academia, and industry representatives from Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka shared their opinions on emerging methods of chemical safety and security and explored best practices to evaluate such methods. CRDF Global joined USNCR 1540 experts to observe the training and introduce funding opportunities to the participating countries.
