Robert Nichols, partner at Nichols Liu law firm, serves as General Counsel for CRDF Global, playing a significant role in the organization’s strategic growth in the intersection of global security, development, and digital resilience.
Robert has extensive expertise and relationships specifically focused in the international government services sector and not-for-profit organizations serving public missions. Prior to founding Nichols Liu, Robert was a partner and co-chair of the Government Contracts group at Covington & Burling, and before taking that role served as a partner of the government contracts practice within Crowell & Moring. He also has served both at the White House and as a Judge Advocate General at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
