Director, Contracts
Razan Abdallah Daoud joined CRDF Global in July 2024 to serve as the Director of Contracts. An accomplished leader and bilingual grants and contracts professional with over 23 years of acquisition and assistance experience with federal and other non-federal awards, Razan oversees the day-to-day grants and contracts management across CRDF Global and its subsidiary DIG and and maximizes overall team production and efficiency. Over the course of her career, Razan has built a strong background in negotiating terms and conditions of prime agreements and contracts and ensuring organization-wide compliance. She also brings valuable experience in developing effective training protocols and providing compliance, administrative, and financial guidance to U.S. and non-U.S. NGO organizations.
Before joining CRDF Global, Razan served as Senior Director of Grants and Contracts at Global Communities. Her international experience includes work in Jerusalem and Iraq, and she traveled extensively to provide support and meet donors across Latin America, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Razan enjoys navigating the donors’ rules and regulations to resolve issues, and working as part of a team to ensure all contracts meet the required standards, mitigate compliance risk and streamline the contracts processes and procedures.
Razan holds a Master degree in Business Administration and is certified as Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM).
