Vice President, Security Assistance
Glen Schuchmacher was named to the role of Vice President of Security Assistance in April 2024, to lead CRDF Global in addressing the evolving security priorities of its customers and funders around the world with the delivery of complex international mission support services.
Schuhmacher’s career is marked by his ability to lead large, geographically diverse workforces, having led training and capacity building missions around the world for over three decades, and successfully building multilateral coordination against transnational threats and criminal organizations. In his current role leading the Security Assistance Mission Area, he will leverage his expertise to drive CRDF Global’s expansion into its area of greatest impact, at the intersection of security and development.
In 2020 he co-founded Sincerus Global Solutions, by acquiring SAIC’s International Development Services portfolio and establishing the mission-driven firm which he led as President and CEO. Prior to forming Sincerus, Schuhmacher held the position of Vice President of Operations for Engility’s International Division, where he was responsible for Global Training, Mentoring and Logistics programs focusing on Stabilization and Security. He also held several roles at DynCorp International, including Vice President of Operations for Europe & Australia and Vice President of Business Development for Pricing Strategy, through which he helped the company expand internationally.
