Director, Hub Operations
Farrah Mufleh serves as the Director of Hub Operations at CRDF Global, overseeing the regional hubs across the Middle East & North Africa, Europe & Eurasia, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia. In her current role, Farrah leads the strategic advancement of our geographic expansion and evolution, driving growth, enhancing global governance standards, and fostering a culture of excellence across our international hubs. Her focus on operational management is crucial for maintaining cultural consistency and enhancing operational competency and efficiency, thereby promoting innovation throughout the organization.
Prior to her current role, Farrah held various project management and business development positions where she managed a diverse portfolio focused on non-proliferation and CBRNE security operations in high-risk countries such as Iraq, Yemen, Libya, and Somalia. She was responsible for scope development and implementation, cultivating customer relationships, establishing strategic partnerships, and contributing to organizational growth.
Farrah holds a master’s degree in Diplomatic Studies & Conflict Resolution, a postgraduate advanced certificate in Terrorism Studies, and is a trained first responder. She is a passionate advocate for creating bridges between counterterrorism efforts and the role of civil societies. Farrah is also actively involved in local initiatives to increase female representation in security sectors within the MENA region.
