Vice President, Development
Dabren Wills joined CRDF Global in July 2023 to serve as Vice President of Development, with leadership over the recently acquired Development Innovations Group LLC, along with the company’s existing portfolio in global health, international exchanges, economic development and food security programs.
Prior to joining CRDF Global, Dabren held several leadership roles at Amentum, where he served most recently as the Vice President of Operations for the company’s International Development & Capacity Building unit, overseeing 1,200 personnel in 48 countries. Over the past decade, Dabren managed much of the company’s international portfolio of stability operations, expeditionary support and logistics across Department of State, Department of Justice, USAID and UN missions.
To his role at CRDF Global, Dabren brings valuable global experience, having worked on long-term projects in locations around the world and in close partnership with host nation leaders and members of the U.S. diplomatic community. Prior to his tenure at Amentum, Dabren served in program management positions at Kadix Systems LLC, Deloitte, and Booz Allen Hamilton, where he supported federal programs for the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and FEMA.
