CRDF Global Hosts HackWave Training Event

A recent “HackWave” event organized by CRDF Global with the support of JICA – Japan International Cooperation Agency and in cooperation with the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, the National Cyber Security Coordination Center, and other partners, brought together 100 participants from key governmental institutions and critical infrastructure sectors last week.

Held in Kyiv, the HackWave was a successful cyber security training and practical competition aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s ability to protect critical infrastructure from cyber-attacks. Participants from state institutions and private operators of critical infrastructure were challenged to use their skills in countering cyberattacks and working in teams within their organizations, as well as between state and private institutions.
