2024 Annual Report

Global Challenges, Shared Solutions: Advancing Security Through Partnerships

A Message from Our CEO

Expanding Our Impact Through Global Partnerships

CRDF Global reached a milestone year of growth in 2024, after several consecutive years of expansion across our portfolio of operations, personnel profile, and geographic footprint. As the nature of our work broadens to address emerging threats as well as the persistent and ever-present ones, our signature approach – of forging partnerships, building expertise, and gaining the trust of global stakeholders – continues to enable our success and make an impact around the world.

Remarkably, in 2024, our reputation and proven technical skills produced a portfolio wherein over half of the work awarded to us represented new markets for CRDF Global. The proliferation and increasing complexity of digital attacks, growing influence of adversarial states, rise of illicit trade, and the resulting destabilizing effects on economies and populations present myriad opportunities for threats to germinate and spread. With the understanding that the most effective and sustainable security solutions are designed and implemented with the support of local governments and stakeholders, our global workforce is continually focused on strengthening relationships and engaging in mutually beneficial partnerships that inform and amplify our work.
Throughout the year, our missions increased in diversity and reach – from training critical response teams in the Horn of Africa; to building a more cyber resilient infrastructure throughout Latin America and Eastern Europe; engaging in border security throughout the Middle East and Southeast Asia; alongside the missions of global threat reduction that we’ve supported since their inception.

While 2024 was a year of investing in our own technical expertise and enriching our service offerings, we also looked for creative ways to give back to our communities and support causes that align with our values. Whether in our daily work or our free time, whether using incredibly complex mechanisms or simple acts, the people behind CRDF Global remain as committed as ever to our role in advancing security and enhancing opportunities and expanding our impact through technology, innovation, and collaboration.

Sincerely,
Michael Dignam, CEO
