MOU CyberTech

CRDF Global and CyberUnit Technologies signed an MOU in July 2026 to formalize their years-long collaboration into a strategic partnership to support cybersecurity cooperation, technical implementation activities, cyber training capabilities, and future opportunities related to Ukraine and regional cybersecurity resilience efforts.

“The MOU reflects our shared belief that resilience is built together and that Ukraine’s hard-won experience has value far beyond its borders,” said CRDF Global CEO Mike Dignam. “Together, we remain committed to advancing cyber resilience, strengthening institutional and technical capacity, and delivering sustainable value to the communities and partners we serve. We look forward to the lasting impact this partnership will create.”

Since 2019, CRDF Global and CyberUnit Technologies have have worked together to strengthen digital resilience and cybersecurity in Ukraine and across the region. Over the years, the organizations have jointly delivered dozens of initiatives, including hackathons, capture-the-flag competitions, tabletop exercises for critical infrastructure stakeholders and cyber operators, and practical capacity-building activities in Ukraine and internationally.

CRDF Global, CyberUnit Technologies, and the NSDC also played a foundational role in establishing the Kyiv International Cyber Resilience Forum, now an important platform for strategic dialogue and international cooperation. CyberUnit Technologies has also become a key technology partner in developing Ukraine’s national Cyber Range and advanced training scenarios that can be adapted for international use.

The MOU represents a commitment on behalf of both organizations to further deepen the existing partnership, with a goal of and strengthen their combined technological capabilities, expanding international cooperation, and bringing Ukraine’s proven cybersecurity expertise to partners worldwide.
