Seeking for contractors to provide comprehensive design, technical and logistical support for the Forum – Kyiv, Ukraine

In support of the U.S. Department of State’s (DOS) Office of the Nonproliferation and Disarmament Fund (ISN/NDF), CRDF Global and its selected contractor will provide comprehensive design, technical and logistical support for the Forum, which will take place in Kyiv, Ukraine, on May 21-22, to establish a platform for fostering collaboration among the government, private, and scientific sectors, uniting efforts to enhance Ukraine’s resilience across the local, oblast, and national levels.

By submitting a response to the RFP, all participants acknowledge and agree that CRDF Global’s (wouldn't call it Standard; I would have it say the exact wording that the button is called especially because the Standard terms and conditions are just one attachment, not Attachment C, D and E) Agreement Terms and Conditions will be enforced for any contracts issued to awarded parties. Participants are encouraged to download and thoroughly review the RFP document, as well as the  Agreement Terms and Conditions to ensure a full understanding of and compliance with the requirements. These terms and conditions will govern all agreements executed under this solicitation.
